LG Experience Wall - Introduction

In this LG training, we simulated the store environment to give retail sales associates a “hands-on” experience with the new demo displays. This approach enabled retail sales associates to replicate each step of the sales process in real life and put their skills to the test on the sales floor.

We taught retail sales associates how the product lineup reinforces and supports each other. This gave learners the information they need to create exceptional upselling experiences for customers.

ecobee's lineup of smart products and accessories are fueled by the brand's values and sustainable efforts. In this project, we reinforced product knowledge by aligning product information and visuals to ecobee's values so that retail associates can confidently promote ecobee through their brand story on the salesfloor.

Nacon – Best of RIG 2021 Gaming Accessories

Product training isn't only about features and benefits. In this course, we told the Nacon brand story. Retail sales associates learned the impact Nacon products make in the gaming industry so they could make genuine recommendations on the sales floor. The virtual product demo showcased their new revolutionary controller to build excitement around the product for more eager selling experiences.
